In order to investigate spam tagging issues (email tagged as spam that should not have been tag; email that should have been tagged that was not) along with other email issues (delayed email and the like), our support department needs a copy of the original email with full email headers.
Most email programs today (including Eudora, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, Netscape, and the like) either do not show the headers other than from, to, and the subject line or only show some of the headers.
Here are the steps to take in order to show all headers:
Open the email message.
Click on the Blah Blah Blah icon in the tool bar directly above the message.
Forward the message to support
Right click on message in Inbox.
Click on Options.
Highlight entire header and copy.
Forward message, pasting in headers at the top of the message, to support
Right click message in Inbox.
Click on Properties.
Click on Details tab.
Highlight Internet headers.
Copy Internet Headers.
Forward email, pasting Headers at the top of the message, to support
With the message open
Click on View, Headers, All
This will show all the headers for that message.
Forward the message to support
