Network Monitoring
Enterprise
Network Monitoring provides our customers with the comfort of knowing
their servers
and equipment is being monitored automatically 24 hours a day, seven days
a week at 60 second intervals.
Our
technicians are notified immediately when a problem occurs. Our
system administrators are notified if that problem persists beyond a
reasonable time frame (automatically).
Our
customers can make use of the network status reporting add-on module from
We Manage Servers to get a current view of our shared hosting servers by
going to http://dni.network-status.com/.
Security
Update Service
Sixty
security patches are released each month by Microsoft ,
RedHat, Sun, and others.
The
security update service makes sure our servers have the most up
to date security fixes.
Server
Management
Day to
day server management includes generating digital ID CSR’s, setting up
new sites, updating software, and more.
Server
Software Installation
Whether it
involves installing the latest version of Microsoft FrontPage Server
extensions or real audio and video streaming or whatever, we have access
to the people who make server software installations a breeze.
