Barbara Cummings, local
businesswoman, to join Dynamic Net Inc.'s Board of Directors
Barbara Cummings is a busy woman, and she just became a little busier by being appointed
to Dynamic Net Inc.'s board of directors.
Cummings, who is president of Policitius
Correctus in Oley and a partner at Lewis Bosler Associates Inc. in Wyomissing, sat in on
her first board Meeting Tuesday, Aug. 4. Cummings with her successful professional
background will provide consulting for the Internet Service Company located in Womelsdorf
from her position on the board.
Peter Abraham, president of Dynamic Net Inc.,
said "The addition of Barbara Cummings adds another solid, successful decision maker
that makes the foundation of our company that much stronger and more stable. Barbara
understands where this company is heading and is excited about the opportunity this
position presents. Barbara provides an excellent formula with her experience and attitude

Cummings response to her appointment at Dynamic

Due to Dynamic Net's growth, tripling their `97
sales and a 400% growth of employees since 1997, led the company to establish its board of
Directors on June 15, 1998. The company is expecting this pattern of growth to continue
into the new century.
Cummings will be joining Doug Wenrich from
Wenrich Professional Sound, Frank May from American Equipment Leasing, and Corey Peiffer
CPA who have been on the board since its inception.
