All new accounts are being placed on our Parallels H-Sphere servers. What does all of this mean to you? It means you can make Mail Exchange (MX) record updates instantaneously at any time of day. It means you can register domain names through your control panel instantly; it means those same domain names can share your existing resources if you like them to do so. It means you will have access to your choice of two Web statistic programs free of charge. Need extra disk space?  You don’t have to contact support; you can add it right from your control panel – instantly. While you are still free to contact our support department, you will find many of the things you had to ask support to set up and do, are available for you at a click of a button off of your control panel. There are some optional items ranging from IP addresses to add on products that require payment up front in order for the system to instantly add those features and services to your account. This is completely automated for credit card customers; they are asked if a given charge is acceptable.  If they answer yes, then their card on file is charged for the amount, and the service / feature is instantly activated. Customers paying by check will have to send in a check for the full amount (credit card customers pay a prorated amount for the first period of service based on activation date) to Dynamic Net’s accounting department. When our accounting department receives the amount and credits your account, then you can add the feature or service.
