Dynamic Net is in the process of setting up Parallels H-Sphere from Positive Software
which allows our company and you, our customers, to totally automate the
hosting process from cradle to grave.
Each of you know the times you have contacted support to enable a feature,
add a feature, change a Web server option (mime types, directory indices,
and all that fun stuff), create a mySQL database, install PHPMyAdmin, and
more.
While we continue to receive rave reviews about our support department
responsiveness, the bottom line is you still have to wait.
Our
technical support department will still be there for you via toll free and
international phone, fax, and email; however, you will be empowered to have
more done immediately and automatically via Parallels H-Sphere.
We
will be holding your hands and supporting you as we go through the migration
process. We will also be making available Flash (“movie”) tutorials and
written documentation on the new system as well for your education.
