Email - Can you have it both ways?

Here at DNI, we are constantly working toward achieving
our goal of making every one of our clients a satisfied one. While we know
we may never achieve perfection (you can’t please everyone all the time), we
aren’t going to quit just because the odds are stacked against us.
Many of you are aware that over the past several
months, we have been proactively battling SPAM because our clients asked
that we offer a mailbox free from adult content, annoying ads, viruses, and
other offensive content. We have instituted many, many different policies
and applications to help us in our battle and have received tons of support
and “thank you” notes from our clients for the work that we have done.
While we believe we are doing this work for the best
interests of the majority of our clients, some may be experiencing adverse
effects due to our email scrubbing service.
Battling SPAM, while very important, is very difficult
and to this point is not an exact science for anyone in the industry.
Spammers become smarter every day and find ways around the system forcing a
very fine line we must walk on.
Because spammers have forced us (and many other IT
firms) to block regions or entire ISPs in some cases, we have had a small,
but very important cross section of clients (mostly clients that are
overseas or do a lot of business overseas) become affected by their innocent
contacts getting lumped in with spammers because of the ISP they use, the IP
addresses they send from, or sometimes because of technical reasons
completely out of their control.
Our team has been constantly reviewing and
brainstorming on ways we can not only provide spam protection for the large
majority of our clients that sorely need it, but provide less stringent
filtering for those who have had problems working with their overseas
partners.
After months of racking our brains and a battering ram
of tests, I am happy to announce that our technical support team has come up
